YARD REAAS has assisted Zeta Investment Srl as technical advisor for Due Diligence activities (transferability, plants and environment Phase 1) and capex plan, in the acquisition of a building located in Milan, Via Spadari n. 2, from the seller Next RE SIIQ Spa, a real estate company listed on Euronext Milan.

The building - already partially owned by Zeta Investment - has 8 floors above ground and 2 basement floor, is leased to primary standing companies and represents a significant addition to the Zeta Investment S.r.l. real estate portfolio.

The acquisition transaction was concluded at a total price of euro 45,500,000.00 plus taxes.
