YARD REAAS has assisted Kervis SGR as technical advisor for the technical and environmental Due Diligence activities related to the acquisition of a prestigious property located at Via Cesariano 18, Milan. 

The historic building - currently used as a residential property and situated in the Arco della Pace area, overlooking the Gianni Brera Civic Arena and Parco Sempione – will undergo a complete internal redevelopment, including a reconfiguration of the residential units for sale.
