At the start in Milan, in the heart of the historical centre, the redevelopment works of Palazzo Missori, built between 1933 and 1938, according to the design of architect Marcello Piacentini.

The property has been owned since 2017 by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, which manages it through the ‘Gamma Immobiliare’ Fund.

The project envisages the preservation of the external image while respecting the original architectural design, a major enhancement of the roofs, and the reinterpretation of the interiors in a contemporary manner aligned with the highest standards.

Palazzo Missori will become a mixed-use building with retail spaces on the lower floors, working environments on the intermediate floors and fine dining on the upper floors.

YARD REAAS is acting as Project Manager for DeA Capital Real Estate SGR for all activities related to the redevelopment of the building.
