The SGT AREO Umbrella fund, managed by Sagitta SGR, with the support of Europa Investimenti as the fund’s advisor (briefly, the Arrow Global Group, an European alternative asset manager specialising in private credit and real estate), has completed the acquisition of two properties that are part of a complex located in the Navigli area in Milan, with a total area of approximately 16,000 sqm.

The properties will be converted into high-end residential buildings comprising about 150 apartments and parking spaces. They are located near the Naviglio Grande, in the former Richard Ginori area, a significant example of redevelopment and enhancement of a productive district, now home to well-known fashion, design, and communication brands, soon to be connected to the M4 metro line.

Both residential buildings will be built using advanced technologies and in accordance with ESG principles and sustainability certifications; additionally, they will offer a wide range of services and amenities for future owners.
