RYZE acted as Technical Advisor to Mistral Sélection, a French SCPI managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers France, for the Technical Due Diligence activities relating to the acquisition of part of a commercial property in the centre of Vicenza.

The asset consists of two above-ground floors with a total area of 981 square metres and is entirely leased to Dm-drogerie markt, a German retail chain. The property is located in a prime position within the commercial district and city centre, facing Corso Palladio and Stradella San Marcello.
