Yard Reaas advised Savills Investment Management, on behalf of institutional investors assisted by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, in the acquisition of a logistics asset located in Pandino (Cremona, Italy) for pre-acquisition Technical Due Diligence activities.

The hub was built in 2024 and covers a total area of 44,000 square meters. The building, operational since August 1, was designed in accordance with the most advanced technical standards of sustainability, achieving LEED Gold certification.
