Cosmoproject, a leading company in the production of skincare for third parties, becomes part of the Ancorotti Group, creating a big name in the Made in Italy cosmetics industry, with over €220 million in turnover.

The Group's evolution originated from the ambitious investment plan launched thanks to the entry of the L-GAM fund into the capital of Ancorotti Cosmetics, which transformed the company into the nucleus of a strategic alliance between Italian beauty excellences.

After the recent launch of Ancorotti Perfumes, a newborn company active in the production of perfumes for third parties, and with the acquisition of Cosmoproject, the Ancorotti Group is therefore preparing for a new phase of growth and further strengthening in international markets, made possible by the expansion of the product portfolio and the industrial and commercial synergies between the three companies.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2025.

In the transaction, YARD REAAS assisted the L-GAM fund (Ancorotti Group) for the Environmental, Health and Safety Due Diligence activities in the acquisition phase.
