Praemia REIM Italy SGR S.p.A., in its capacity as external manager of the Sicaf ‘Italian Healthcare Fund II SICAF in External Management S.p.A.’, has completed the acquisition of a new residential healthcare facility (RSA) in the municipality of Ponsacco (Pisa), Tuscany.

The property, recently built on an area of about 18,200 square metres and characterised by a gross usable area of about 6,300 square metres, consists of two neighbouring RSAs with a total of 120 beds, divided as follows: RSA Ponsacco with 80 beds and RSA La Malorie with 40 beds.
