YARD REAAS assisted Kryalos SGR as technical advisor for the pre-acquisitive Due Diligence and CRREM assesment activities in the acquisition of a 47,500 sqm real estate complex located in Gorgonzola near Milan, through the Mars fund, a real estate investment fund specialised in last-mile logistics and recently established.

The complex is characterised by its strategic location, which guarantees excellent accessibility, given its proximity to the main Italian motorways, the A4 (Turin-Venice-Trieste) and the A35 (Milan-Bergamo-Brescia), as well as the A58 'TEEM' (Tangenziale Est Esterna Milano) ring road.

The asset, leased to a diverse mix of international tenants, features modern technical specifications in line with the Grade A standard, boasts an internal height of over 10 metres and is equipped with 40 loading bays.
