YARD REAAS assisted Fonciere Lfpi Europa (FLE) as a technical advisor in completing the sale on behalf of FLE Italia SICAF (sponsored by Lazard) of four assets leased to UniCredit, located in strategic positions in the cities of Vicenza, Florence, Bologna, and Imola.

The four properties, distinguished by unique architectural features, boast central locations in some of Italy's major cities. The Vicenza property, designed by Vincenzo Scamozzi, a student of Palladio, spans 5,000 sqm and offers views of the city's Duomo. In Florence, a 450-sqm branch is situated in a high-traffic strategic location. In Bologna, the 350-sqm property, used as a bank branch, is located near the main hospital. Finally, the Imola property is a historic 1,000-sqm office building dating back to the 14th century, well-positioned on Via Appia.
