YARD REAAS assisted Praemia REIM France as technical and ESG advisor in the sale of a major healthcare real estate portfolio located in Italy and owned by IHE Healthcare Europe. The transaction involved 23 healthcare facilities, with a total value of over €300 million. In particular, YARD REAAS managed the technical and ESG due diligence activities, as well as:

• the estimation of CAPEX relating to the properties;
• the physical risk assessment from an ESG perspective;
• technical assistance throughout the sale process, up to closing.

The sale of the IHE Healthcare Europe portfolio has been finalised in favour of BNP Paribas REIM, consolidating a significant transaction in the healthcare real estate sector.
