Milan, March 14, 2023 – Innovation of offerings, internal growth, internationalisation, and sustainability as business drivers: these are the pillars upon which the new operational structure of YARD REAAS Group, leader in Italy in real estate consulting and integrated management of real estate services, is built.
With the aim of realising the new strategic plan and effectively addressing the macroeconomic context that the Real Estate and financial sectors are experiencing, the Group has defined a new business reorganisation that, thanks to the complementary and transversality of internal skills, offers personalised and innovative services to the Client.
The new organisational structure is now based on three main areas:
- the new Investment division, led by Claudia Soravia, Head of Investment Division and Technical Director, which incorporates all the technical services of the Group: from Due Diligence Corporate and Massive, Environment, Safety and ESG, Project & Construction Management, to Project Monitoring. Claudia, formerly Head of Environment, Safety and ESG of the Group, boasts twenty years of experience in leading real estate consulting firms, where she has acquired in-depth expertise in environmental and safety areas, ESG analysis, technical property management, environmental audits, design, and coordination of environmental reclamation, as well as Environmental Works Management. In the field of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria and sustainability of investments, in 2015 YARD REAAS S.p.A. was the first real estate consulting company registered for Italy in PRI - Principles for Responsible Investment;
- The organisational structure of the Valuation division is confirmed, led by Federico Trevaini (Head of Valuation Division), who is tasked with overseeing the Corporate & Distressed Valuation and Retail Valuation departments as well as Document Management;
- Leading the Property Management division is Paolo Orlando (Head of Property Management Division), tasked with coordinating the development of the new strategic line of Property & Building Management supported by even more innovative technological tools, on which the Group intends to further invest in the coming years.
The three divisions are coordinated by the newly appointed COO, Andrea Radice.
The Group, which manages real estate portfolios worth € 12 billion through its property/building management division, has monitored activities on works valued at € 1.5 billion in the last three years, assessed assets worth € 30 billion, and conducted technical due diligence on 30 million square meters of assets. In this context, the continuation and further enhancement of a path of excellence begun three years ago with the integration between YARD and REAAS are confirmed.
